How can I improve my Sprinting Times?
i am 13 years old and i have 4/5 months before competing for my school and club in the 100m and 200m.
my times:
100m-12.21
200m-25.56
i need to know how i can get my times down. can anyone help?

Well you cant do any weights or heavy circuits just yet, so i would concentrate on your technique, your starting and also do some SAQ - speed agility and quickness. If you go to an athletics club they should know all about it. It's mega!!!
You will naturally get faster as you get older, due to your muscles and bones getting bigger and stronger.
