More like conditioning exercises. Push-ups, curls, pulldowns, things like that, but you can answer it however you want.

you have to clearly lay down what excetly what want to do. by that I mean your goals, without that, its hard to just plainly say what 5 is best. its goal specific in respect to the exercise that you need to plan on.
